Summary

On 12 June 2025, BNDES and Finep announced 56 selected business plans for the next stage of their strategic-minerals call: preparation of individual joint support plans. Their estimated total investment was R$45.8 billion. The eligible projects span rare earths, lithium, graphite, copper, silicon, nickel and other materials. Financial instruments would be identified in the next stage.
