Notes

Holmium, erbium, thulium, europium and ytterbium have no material record of their own and fall under the grouped rare-earth-elements material, as the April list's samarium, gadolinium, lutetium, scandium and yttrium do. Only holmium's list includes permanent-magnet material (含钬的永磁材料), and the text does not say NdFeB, so the NdFeB material is not recorded. The reference customs code 28053019 is printed for each metal.
