The decision itself, read in full 2026-09-23. Adopted under Article 7(9) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1252. Article 1: "The projects listed in the Annex are recognised as Strategic Projects." Article 2 addresses the decision to each project promoter, with the promoter's address; those addresses are the source for the promoters' countries. Recital (4): 124 applications from projects in Member States, 122 complete.
