The Government of India's own release on the Union Cabinet's approval, timestamped "29 JAN 2025 3:13PM by PIB Delhi". Read in full 2026-08-12. Note the headline and the body state the outlay differently: the headline says Rs.34,300 crore, while the body says "an expenditure of Rs.16,300 crore and expected investment of Rs.18,000 crore by PSUs, etc." The event codes the body figures, which are the ones the release actually attributes. Caveat: the release does not enumerate India's critical-minerals list, so no material scope is coded from it.
