JARE EXTENDS SUPPORT FOR LYNAS GROWTH PLAN

Primary source

Lynas Rare Earths Limited / ASX

OtherenPublished 7 Mar 2023Accessed 3 Oct 2026

Lynas' two-page ASX market announcement dated 7 March 2023, read in full from the weblink.com.au copy of the ASX filing (the ASX-hosted PDF was not located). Its opening says Lynas is pleased to announce the signing of new agreements with JARE, and it states: "The agreements were signed today at a signing ceremony in Tokyo, Japan", so execution on 7 March 2023 is expressly stated. It sets out JARE's AUD$200 million contribution through a subscription for ordinary shares priced off the VWAP around the announcement, so the subscription and cash receipt come after signing; the receipt day is stated in no source reviewed. This recipient announcement supports the contract date and terms it states, not government framing.
